European Directories to divest investment in InnerBalloons

De Telefoongids Holding B.V. (“DTG”), a European Directories Group company, divested its shareholding in InnerBalloons Consulting B.V. to US based Yext Inc. (“Yext”). Yext is the number one digital presence management company in the US. With over 400,000 businesses using its patented digital presence software, Yext powers millions of real-time updates on more than 85 global and local sites, maps and apps in the Global PowerListings Network.

The divestment comprises the entire 51% shareholding that DTG holds in InnerBalloons Consulting B.V. The divestment will generate capital gain in 2014.
