Frozen food company adds variety to freezer shelves with four new frozen flatbread options

BOULDER, Colo. EVOL Flatbreads are available in four varieties: BBQ Chicken & Mozzarella; Italian Sausage & Caramelized Onion; Goat Cheese, Pesto & Portabella; and Grilled Chicken & Roasted Veggies.

Typically only found in white tablecloth restaurants, flatbreads are often considered a sophisticated re-creation of the pizza.
