Evolution Announces Officer and Director Resignation and new board member
Hong Kong – Evolution Fuel, Inc (OTCBB: EVFND) (the “Company”) today announced that, effective as of February 18, 2013, Chun Ka Tsun resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
And effective as of February 18, 2013, TAN Yuen Hing has been appointed as a member of the board and Chief Financial Officer of the company.
