CHANGE IN EXEL COMPOSITES PLC'S GROUP MANAGEMENT

Grant Pearce, Managing Director of Exel Composites Australia and member of Exel
Composites Plc's Management Group, has resigned. The executive search for a new
managing director has been commenced. 

In the meanwhile, Callum Gough, SVP Operations, will assume Grant Pearce's
responsibilities as Managing Director.
