One year on from the F900 launch, Falcon will show a mix of the latest models from this innovative series of high performance catering appliances at the Restaurant Show, on stand CE35 in the Catering Equipment Expo. Visitors will be able to see the F900 units alongside several models from Falcon’s popular Dominator Plus range.
Falcon will also show its compact combi oven, the FCC 10X, which offers all the benefits of a full size combi, including 400 recipe programmes, touchscreen controls and an auto cleaning system, yet is only 510mm wide.
The F900 has created a huge wave of interest in the restaurant market and has far exceeded expectations and has been installed in many high-profile restaurants.
