Association for Healthcare Foodservice Members Honored

Louisville, KY (May 11, 2012) – The Association for Healthcare Foodservice (AHF) is pleased to announce that three members have been honored for their contributions to the foodservice industry. FoodService Director magazine’s inaugural list of the “20 Most Influential,” identifying those who have had the biggest impact on non-commercial foodservice, includes the following AHF members:   

  • Dick Hynes, Director, Consultant Services & Healthcare, Hobart Corp.
  • Barbara Kane, Vice President, Industry Relations at Ecolab, Inc
  • Andrew Shakman, Founder and President of LeanPath, Inc.

“These three individuals have been recognized for the passion they demonstrate for non-commercial foodservice and the continuing efforts they make both to improve industry standards and raise the perception people have of this industry,” said Paul King, editor of FoodService Director. “The people they have helped and the lives they have touched are immeasurable.” Details are forthcoming in the June issue of FoodService Director.
