Solairgen is pleased to announce another class to its training program.  Solairgen has launched TS-210, NABCEP PV Tech Sales Exam Prep to meet the demands of the new NABCEP PV Technical Sales Rep Certification. TS-210 will focus on preparing students for the NABCEP PV Technical Sales Certification exam

Solairgen founder and IREC/ISPQ Certified Master Trainer, Kelly Provence said, “This curriculum targets design concepts that Tech Sales professionals will need to know for the NABCEP PV Tech Sales exam, and be skilled in presenting to their customers. We’re happy about the new certification. As NABCEP certifications grow, so does Solairgen - by answering the needs of a developing solar energy market, and supporting the high standards of each NABCEP Task Analysis.”

Kelly was a part of the inaugural round of NABCEP testing for the PV Technical Sales Exam, and is pleased to say that he passed the exam, and is now a Certified PV Technical Sales Rep in addition to his credentials as an IREC/ISPQ Certified Master Trainer, NABCEP Certified PV Installer and Solar Thermal Installer.  He stated, “In order for me to prepare students for the Tech Sales exam, I had to take the test – and pass!” His triple NABCEP certifications and Master Trainer Certification position him to provide the highest quality instruction in the industry.

Solairgen was founded in 2002 and continues to grow.  In 2007, Solairgen began focusing on training at the Dahlonega, Georgia facility that Mr. Provence designed and built with help from local contractors.  The facility has several types of functioning PV arrays for his students’ hands-on training, and the facility includes a working outdoor ground mount array.  Kelly says, “Renewable Energy is something I’ve always been passionate about. I try to “live it” by reducing the energy our facility consumes using solar thermal radiant floor heating, hot water, and power from PV systems. ”

Recently, Solairgen launched PV-221 Advanced PV Technical Design and Installation to accommodate both installers and tech sales. “There are advanced design skills that both the Tech Sales and Installer need to know and understand: evaluating the customer’s needs, the site, and then designing an advanced system.”

Solairgen also offers its Introductory PV-203 System Design and Installation at least once a month. PV-203 is IREC Accredited and NABCEP Approved.
