GE Healthcare today publishes an addendum to the Biacore offer document

Chalfont St. Giles, United Kingdom and Uppsala – 24 July 2006 – The document constitutes an addendum to the offer document that was approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 7 July 2006, regarding the offer to the shareholders in Biacore International AB (publ) for the acquisition of shares by GE Medical Holding AB. The addendum has been prepared with reference to, and includes, Biacore International AB’s interim report for the period January – June 2006.
