Erik Wassberg is new CEO of GHP’s hospital SKMCA in UAE
GHP has appointed Erik Wassberg, MD, Ph.D., as new CEO of the Hospital Group Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman (SKMCA) in UAE. Erik was previously Hospital Director for Sheikh Khalifa Hospital in Masfoot, one of the hospitals within SKMCA.
“With his extensive leadership experience and proven ability to work successfully in the local culture, I am convinced that Erik will contribute strongly to SKMCA's success”, says Daniel Öhman, CEO of GHP Specialty Care.
Barbro Fridén has decided, for personal reasons to quit as CEO of SKMCA. During her remaining contract period until 31 October, she supports the transition.
