AGREEMENT PROVIDES IP-TELEPHONY TO STOCKHOLM ENERGY'S CUSTOMERS


Glocalnet can today announce that the company's subsidiary, Stockholm Telecom
AB, has signed an agreement with Stockholm Energi. The agreement declares that
both companies will jointly conduct marketing activities towards the customers
of Stockholm Energi.

The co-operation will provide access via IP telephony, to cellular phones and
international calls, for 450 000 households in Stockholm. The co-operation
will also include integrated bills for the two companies' services as soon as
the technical integration is solved.


Glocalnet is a next-generation telecommunication company that combines
