Change in the number of shares and votes in Gunnebo

During the month of July, 128,580 series C shares, which previously have been issued and repurchashed within the context of Gunnebo’s long-term incentive program as resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2015 (LTIP 2015), have been converted into ordinary shares. The number of ordinary shares has thus increased by 128,580 and the number of series C shares has decreased by as many shares. The number of votes has increased by 115,722.

As of 31 July 2018, the total number of shares in the company still amounts to 77,050,848, of which 602,267 series C shares and 76,448,581 ordinary shares. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 76,508,807.7.
