Gunnebo’s divestment of Perimeter Protection business finalized

Gunnebo Security Group has finalized the divestment of the business within Perimeter Protection to Procuritas Capital Investors IV.

On July 26, 2011, Gunnebo announced that the company had signed an agreement with Procuritas Capital Investors IV regarding divestment of the business within Perimeter Protection. All conditions related to the divestment have been fulfilled and the transaction is now finalized.

The purchase sum is based upon an Enterprise Value of MEUR 22*.

Gunnebo remains with a ten-percentage ownership and financing of MEUR 10, whereof MEUR 6 is long-term.

The transaction is estimated to have a marginal effect on the Group’s capital gain/loss.

Perimeter Protection has 400 employees and annual net sales of approximately MEUR 70. The operations primarily entail the production and sale of, and projects relating to, high security products, gates, fencing, posts and related service in Germany, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and a number of export markets.

*The purchase sum is dependent on a final calculation of financial net debt
