Report this content

Gunnebo AB’s Nomination Committee has resolved to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2015 that Eva Elmstedt be elected as a new Board member.

The Nomination Committee will also propose the re-election of Board members Tore Bertilsson, Göran Bille, Charlotte Brogren, Bo Dankis, Mikael Jönsson and Martin Svalstedt. Martin Svalstedt is proposed to be re-elected as Chairman of the Board.

The Nomination Committee would like to install Eva Elmstedt as a member of the company’s Board since she has considerable experience of working in international businesses within sales, service and purchasing. Eva has successfully led large global operations, predominantly within IT and telecommunications, with a focus on growth and operational efficiency. It is the Nomination Committee’s opinion that Eva Elmstedt’s qualifications will make her a highly suitable Board member for Gunnebo AB.

Eva Elmstedt is a professional board member. Prior to this she held a leading position within Nokia as Director for Global Services. She has also held various leading positions within Ericsson and IBM. Eva Elmstedt is a board member for Proact IT and Addtech.

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposals for resolutions for the Annual General Meeting 2015, further information on the proposed Board members, and a summary of the Nomination Committee’s work will be published at the latest in conjunction with the Notification of the Annual General Meeting 2015.
