Addendum to the offer document regarding H Intressenter’s cash offer to the shareholders of Höganäs announced

Lindéngruppen AB (“Lindéngruppen”) and Foundation Asset Management Sweden AB (“FAM”), through the jointly owned company H Intressenter AB (“H Intressenter”), announced on 11 February 2013 an offer to acquire all shares in Höganäs AB (publ) (“Höganäs” or the “Company”) at a price of SEK 320 in cash per share (the “Offer”)[1].

An addendum to the offer document regarding the Offer has today been
announced on H Intressenter’s website www.h-intressenter.se and on SEB’s website www.sebgroup.com/prospectuses .

The addendum to the offer document has been prepared due to the publication of Höganäs’ interim report for the first quarter 2013, which was published on 24 April 2013.
