Nomination committee's press release (24 March)

Ahead of Handelsbanken's AGM, one of the nomination committee's proposals was that the Bank issue an indemnity undertaking for the members of the Board. The details of the proposed indemnity undertaking are stated in the nomination committee's proposal on the Bank's website (www.handelsbanken.se/ireng).

The nomination committee has decided to withdraw its proposal.
