Senior Management change at Handelsbanken

Dan Lindwall has been appointed Acting Head of Handelsbanken Markets & Asset Management. He is currently Head of Handelsbanken International, which has operations in some 20 countries. In his new position, Dan Lindwall will be a member of the Group’s Senior Management. 

Per Elcar, Head of Handelsbanken Markets & Asset Management, a part of Handelsbanken Capital Markets, has resigned from his position and his role in the Group’s Senior Management. He will take up another position at the Bank.

“A new leadership will facilitate the work to address a culture of abusive treatment and the unpleasant work environment that unfortunately existed at one of our departments. A number of measures have already been taken and the internal investigations currently ongoing will continue,” says Anders Bouvin, Handelsbanken’s President and Group Chief Executive.
