Hemfosa Fastigheter’s joint venture, Söderport, to divest property for MSEK 979

Hemfosa’s joint venture, Söderport, which is owned equally with AB Sagax, has today agreed to divest a property in Gothenburg for MSEK 979. The property is situated in Torslanda and comprises a leasable area of 134,000 square meters containing premises for warehousing and offices.

The buyer is a company administered by Ness, Risan & Partners and owned by NRP 2016 AS (50 percent) and NRP Eiendom 2015 AS (25 percent). As part of the transaction, Söderport will invest in the acquiring company corresponding to an ownership stake of 25 percent.

The selling price is on a par with the carrying amount. The transfer will take place in company form. Possession is expected to be transferred in the first quarter of 2017.
