Primary insider notice

Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements from Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") regarding a partially underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue"), whereby the Board of Directors following the end of the subscription period on 6 April 2018 has resolved to issue 17,142,857 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1.75 (the "Offer Shares").

The following primary insiders have been allocated Offer Shares in accordance with their respective underwritten amount of the Rights Issue and additional subscriptions made:

Intelco Concept AS, a company owned by the Company's chairman of the board Øystein Tvenge and his family, has been allocated 2,600,000 Offer Shares. Pursuant to an agreement between Intelco Concept AS and Øystein Tvenge, the shares will be immediately transferred to Øystein Tvenge personally once issued, at a price per share equal to the subscription price in the Rights Issue of NOK 1.75. Following issuance of the Offer Shares and the said transfer, Øystein Tvenge will own 3,732,271 shares in the Company, corresponding to 4.07% of the total amount of outstanding shares in the Company after completion of the Rights Issue. Intelco Concept AS' shareholding will remain unchanged.

Dallas Asset Management AS, a company owned by board member in the Company, Jan Opsahl, has been allocated 2,497,626 Offer Shares. Following issuance of the Offer Shares, Dallas Asset Management AS will hold 5,697,626 shares in the Company, equaling 6.21% of the total outstanding shares in the Company after completion of the Rights Issue.

Wollebekkgruppen AS, a company owned by the Company's CEO and his wife, has been allocated 66,861 Offer Shares. Following issuance of the Offer Shares, Wollebekkgruppen AS will hold 166,861 shares in the Company equaling 0.18% of the total outstanding shares in the Company after completion of the Rights Issue.
