HiQ has won a framework agreement to deliver e-learning services for Volvo Cars (VCC). The agreement is yet more proof of how strongly HiQ has developed in the field of web solutions and mobility.

“HiQ has a track record of more than 10 years’ experience of building digital pedagogic products. In the course of the past year alone we have produced more than 20 e-learning packages for clients in the public and private sectors, generating over 250,000 training opportunities and almost 400,000 hours of training for users.
E-learning is rapidly developing into an increasingly important part of our web and mobility offer,” says Linus Bille, Consultant Manager at HiQ Gothenburg.

The framework agreement includes the development of training for partners, national sales companies, dealers and resellers, repair shops, etc. in connection with, for example, product launches, process changes and new safety regulations.

“One of our reasons for choosing HiQ was the company’s extensive experience both of the automotive industry and of web solutions and mobility, including e-learning. We look forward to developing our cooperation with HiQ in order to create a really good learning process for our partners,” says Jan Rutgerson of VCC’s competence development unit, MSS Competence Business Development.

“Web and mobility is an area in which HiQ is going from strength to strength. We have set ourselves the task of simplifying and improving people’s lives. How better to do this than through innovative digital training tools? We thank VCC for the confidence the company has shown in our ability to raise competence levels among its partners even further,” says Lars Stugemo, President and CEO of HiQ.
