IBISWorld catches up with Josh Tabin of FullQuota, LLC to find out firsthand what's going on within his industry
IW: What challenge do you and FullQuota face right now?
JT: What makes FullQuota unique is our approach to marketing: we make sure our clients are properly focused on a set of target markets, verticals and/or niches where that client can be the market leader, capture market share, and quickly deliver new revenue streams. Gaining an understanding of each market’s dynamics and incorporating those pain points into the assets we develop for our clients can determine how successful we can be in generating awareness and leads for our clients.
IW: How does IBISWorld help you overcome this challenge?
JT: At FullQuota, we leverage the industry reports from IBISWorld to determine market viability and acceptance of our clients’ solutions, as well as assisting us in developing sound go-to-market plans and targets. Without the industry reports from IBISWorld, we’d be lost.
IW: What do you foresee happening in your industry within the next year?
JT: Marketing has fundamentally shifted. Companies can no longer expect to see solid results from traditional marketing activities and will need to shift their attention and focus to Inbound Marketing in order to get found when their target buyers are ready to engage with them around purchasing a solution. This trend will continue creating more opportunities for companies like FullQuota and causing a shift in the landscape of marketing firms we’ll see in the marketplace. We expect more firms to outsource their marketing and lead generation services in order to keep ahead of the competition.
IW: Tell us something interesting about yourself:
JT: I’m the father of two girls (9 & 11) that keep me pretty busy. When I am not working or spending time with them, I dedicate my time to a not-for-profit organization called the ManKind Project (mankindproject.org) where we create a safer world by growing “better” men. We do this by training men and supporting them in circles.
