Maintenance service provider ISERBA Group chooses IFS to support its digital transformation
IFS Applications to empower 685 field service technicians and 400 back-office users working across France
IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announces that ISERBA Group, a French provider of building maintenance services, has chosen to deploy IFS Applications™ 9 to support and drive its mobility strategy, optimize its back-office processes, and improve supplier and customer engagement. The solution will be implemented by IFS partner Applium.
Established in 1978 in the Lyon region, ISERBA Group delivers more than 1.6 million maintenance assignments annually through a network of 30+ sites across France.
To help accelerate its growth and ensure the quality of its services, the company was looking to replace its existing patchwork of legacy solutions with a modern enterprise applications platform that could optimize the efficiency of its mobile workforce as well as empower its back-office staff with collaborative b-2-b and b-2-c portals.
Following a competitive evaluation involving several vendors, ISERBA Group selected IFS Applications to unify its operations and optimize core business processes such as maintenance planning, service management, project management, customer and supplier engagement, quality assurance, and financials.
