INDUCT - MINUTES FROM EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 20 DECEMBER 2018

Reference is made to notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in Induct AS announced 28 November 2018. The EGM was held Thursday 20 December at 4.00 PM. Each of the resolutions set out in the Meeting Notice were duly passed. The signed minutes of the meeting are attached hereto.

The EGM elected Vibeke Hammer Madsen as new chairperson of the Company`s board.
