Oslo, 29 June 2018: Induct has signed 3 new contracts in the second quarter of 2018, increasing the total contracts within the sector to 7, covering 15 municipalities.

”We have finally made a breakthrough within the municipality sector in Norway. We see the same synergies as within the healthcare sector when it comes to cost savings, employment benefits and customer satisfaction”, says CEO Alf Martin Johansen in Induct.

The usage cover multiple strategic areas for the various municipalities such as:

  • Merger of municipalities securing overview of all activities and idea gathering of improvements during the implementation processes.
  • Citizen dialog to improve services delivered to the citizens.
  • General gathering of employee ideas for improvements across all functions.
  • Standardization of Project and process management to reduce time and effort and increase quality and value.
  • Collaboration internally and with external environments such as industries and schools.
  • Increasing collaboration between the different municipalities with idea sharing creating increased synergies.

”The municipalities all see the advantage of using the platform for improved dialogue with the citizens and to increase employee engagement, to further improve their services. They also want to improve quality in their project execution process and to manage their portfolio of initiatives more efficiently by using the Induct’s collaborative platform”, says Johansen.

During Q3 Induct will discuss further the opportunity with the municipalities to share and collaborate ideas and initiatives.

“We see large potential for several municipalities, not only to share proven initiatives in a common portal, but also adopting Induct as the solution for ensuring local execution and implementation of projects and improvements, resulting in better and more efficient services to the local community of the municipalities”, says Johansen.

These are contracts in the vertical Municipalities, which is one of the five verticals Induct focuses on (Health, Municipalities/cities, Enterprises, Education and the Humanitarian sector).
