INDUCT – START OF SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from Induct AS ("Induct" or the "Company") dated 28 November 2018 regarding a repair issue with gross proceeds of up to NOK 3,28 million, to be carried out through a share capital increase (the "Repair Issue"). The Repair Issue will be directed towards the shareholders of the Company as of 28 November 2018, as registered in VPS on 30 November 2018, excluding (i) shareholders who participated in the private placement approved by the board on 28 November 2018, and (ii) shareholders who are domiciled in a jurisdiction where such an offer would be illegal or require registration, submissions or similar actions (the "Eligible Shareholders"). Reference is further made to the decision of the Company`s shareholders to resolve the Repair Issue as announced on 20 December 2018.

The subscription period in the Repair Issue commence today at 09.00 CET and end on 11 January 2019 at 16.30 CET.

A subscription form related to the Repair Issue will be distributed to the Eligible Shareholders.

Eligible Shareholders who wish to participate in the Repair Issue must complete the subscription form and submit to the Company c/o Åge Muren, Rosenkrantzgate 4, 0159 Oslo, Norway, as further specified on face of the subscription form, or subscribe through the VPS online subscription system.

Over-subscription will be allowed. Subscription without subscription rights will not be allowed.
