Report this content

Reference is made to the announcement from Induct AS on 6 December 2018 regarding the request by NPP Capital AS ("NPP") to the board of directors to propose a separate private placement to NPP.

Enclosed is a supplement to the summon to the general meeting to be held Thursday 20 December where the board propose to the general meeting that such private placement is approved by the general meeting, with warrants attached on such terms as are offered to the shareholders taking part in the repair issue. The proposed private placement will be in the amount of up to 115,404 new shares, and not 65,532 as initially announced, as such figure was based on a miscalculation.
