Indutrade acquires Dutch supplier of hydraulic components

Indutrade has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in EPE-Goldman BV (EPG Hydraulistics), Rotterdam, Netherlands, with annual sales of approximately EUR 8 million.

EPG (www.epg.eu) markets and sells hydraulic products from leading manufacturers to customers in Benelux in the shipbuilding, oil & gas, offshore, agriculture, military, infra structure and engineering industry. Major products are pipe components, ball valves, filters, couplings, hydraulic hoses and measuring devices.

Possession takes place immediately, and the company will be part of Indutrade Benelux which in turn is part of Indutrade’s Special Products business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade’s earnings per share.
