Indutrade acquires manufacturer of architectural profile systems for safety installations

Indutrade today signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares in Stålprofil PK AB and Stålprofil PK Invest AB, with annual sales of approximately SEK 70 million.
Stålprofil is a system supplier that develops, manufactures and markets architectural profile systems for glazed door, window and wall sections with high standards with respect to fire safety, bullet-proofing, burglary protection and energy optimisation. The products are sold primarily in Scandinavia, but also in Europe, the USA and Russia. End customers use the products in both public and private environments.
Organisationally, Stålprofil will be included in the Special Products business area, which had net sales of SEK 1,877 million in 2009.
The acquisition, which is Indutrade's sixth since the start of the year, is estimated to have a marginally positive impact on Indutrade's earnings per share.
Combined annual sales of the companies acquired during the year are estimated at approximately SEK 470 million.
