Instalco companies win installation contract when office premises become 350 new apartments
Instalco has through its subsidiaries Klimatrör, PoB:s Elektriska and OTK Klimatinstallationer been entrusted with the task of participating in the residential project The Brick, where previous office premises are converted into apartments. The participating Instalco companies have been awarded the contract to carry out all piping, electrical and ventilation installations in the property named Terra and connected areas.
It is the well-known former headquarters of LM Ericsson, situated along the Essingeleden motorway in Hägersten, Stockholm, that will be rebuilt into approximately 350 apartments together with business, meeting and public areas. The total order value for Instalco’s subsidiaries amounts to approximately SEK 85 million. The work will be completed in 2020.
