Change in the Nomination Comittee of Intrum Justitia

According  to the  preliminary  voting list that has been prepared based upon  the company’s register of shareholders as per 8 December 2016 and received notifications, 48 percent of the total number of shares, corresponding to the same number of votes, will participate at the extraordinary general meeting on 14 December 2016.
