Intrum Justitia completes acquisition of 1st Credit

As previously reported, Intrum Justitia concluded on November 10 2016 an agreement to acquire 1st Credit, a company active in purchased debt in the United Kingdom. On February 14 2017, Intrum Justitia completed the acquisition. 1st Credit will be consolidated from February 2017.
