Sales of shares in LogicaCMG

Investor AB hereby reports that it has sold 5,000,000 shares in LogicaCMG which were received in connection with LogicaCMG’s acquisition of WM-data.

After the transaction, Investor AB’s holding in LogicaCMG amounts to 61,752,998 shares.
