iSmart launches first truly dynamic online application for PPI claims

iSmart Consumer Solutions, one of the country’s leading PPI claims management companies has today launched the first dynamic online application enabling people to register their PPI claims directly with them.

Speaking at the launch of the new website, Ryan Horne, Managing Director of iSmart, said, “We have been working towards this for some time.  We believe that we should make the application process as simple as possible for our customers and this unique, online application certainly does that.”

With the new system, customers will be taken through a series of questions – each one responds specifically to their answer to the last, thereby streamlining the process and enabling the customer to complete at their convenience.

The only part of the process which is not electronic is the customer signature requirement.  Customers will have the choice of printing out the application, signing it and posting to iSmart or requesting that the application pack be sent to them for signing and return.

Full online support is available for anyone who may have questions regarding the system and for those who prefer to speak to one of our trained staff, the Northampton-based call centre is open 6 days a week:  8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm on Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
