Nomination committee's proposal for the Board of Directors in KappAhl

The Nomination Committee in KappAhl AB (publ) is proposing a re-election of the Board members Amelia Adamo, Anders Bülow, Christian W. Jansson and Pia Rudengren at the Annual General Meeting in KappAhl on 3 December, 2014. In addition, it is proposed that Susanne Holmberg is elected as new Board member. The Nomination Committee also proposes that Anders Bülow is re-elected as Chairman of the Board.

 

Susanne Holmberg, born 1961, has been Head of Dry & Frozen Food at Coop Sverige AB since June, 2013. Susanne Holmberg has previously worked at Axstores AB (former Åhlénsgruppen AB) as, among other things, Purchasing Director within the areas Fashion, Beauty, Home, Media, Pharmacy and Foreign Purchasing Offices. Susanne Holmberg also has experience as Board member in Åhléns AB, Kicks Kosmetikkedjan AB and Lagerhaus AB.

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposals for resolutions by the Annual General Meeting 2014 and more information on the proposed Board members will be presented in connection with the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting on 3 December, 2014.

The members of the Nomination Committee at the Annual General Meeting in December 2014 are (after changes in ownership) Rune Andersson (appointed by Mellby Gård AB), Marianne Nilsson (appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder AB), Ulf Hedlundh (appointed by Svolder Aktiebolag), Frank Larsson (appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder AB). The Chairman of the Board, Anders Bülow, has been co-opted to the Nomination Committee.
