Dothan, Ala. January 6, 2012 – Clean Energy Pathways, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CPWY), an alternative and renewable energy solutions company, reports unaudited revenue growth in the fourth quarter of 2011.

"Sales and revenue growth is still the number one priority for the company, and we anticipate an improvement over our Q3 results, which came in at approximately $1,000,000," reported Greg Clemons, president and CEO of Clean Energy Pathways. "Our sales focus remains on biofuels, which have been the catalyst for our business success since August. However, sales of our solar thermal systems picked up during the quarter as well. Our ability to access large volumes of high-quality biofuel continues to be a competitive advantage, and we have interest from new customers as a result."

The company's new marketing team is also aggressively pursuing the coal-fired utility and industrial boiler sectors, which are looking for ways to comply with new EPA mandates that recently took effect, or soon will. "Coal burning utilities and industrial boiler users are exploring all available means for complying with the Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS), Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS2), the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) and Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR)," said Clemons. "We believe we have viable solutions using liquid biofuel as a Btu substitute for coal. Our marketing team is pursuing alliances with like-minded trade groups to expand our reach and influence in the utility sector."

Updating the status on the company's pursuit of a move to the OTC Bulletin Board, Clemons said the preliminary work has been done, and, on the advice of attorneys handling the matter, the move will take place when the company is on a firmer footing.
