Kongsberg Automotive ASA first quarter 2015 report

Group highlights for Q1 include:

• Q1 2015 revenues of EUR 270.0 million, EUR 14.2 (5.6%) million up from Q1 2014, including favorable currency effects of EUR 18.8 million
• EBIT of EUR 16.7 million in Q1 2015, EUR 1.4 (-7.8%) million below Q1 2014, impacted by increased R&D activity to address future growth opportunities (EUR 4.2 million) and loss on sale of a subsidiary (EUR1.5 million)
• Financial gearing ratio at 2.4 x NIBD/EBITDA
• Annualized business wins in the quarter amounted to EUR 53 million
• Revenues for Q2 2015 are expected to be approx. EUR 265 million
