Lantmännen Cerealia's acquisition of Russian crispbread company Orient Products LLC has now been completed.

Lantmännen Cerealia is one of the largest global companies within crispbread, with brands such as FINN CRISP, Vaasan Koulunäkki and Vaasan Pieni Pyöreä, and has been exporting FINN CRISP to Russia for a long time. FINN CRISP is now one of the most well-known crispbread brands on the Russian market.

“The acquisition of Orient gives us a stronger position on the largest food market in Europe and the fastest growing crispbread market. Both FINN CRISP and Orient’s brands are very popular with consumers, which gives us a strong product range in Russia” Krister Zackari, CEO of Lantmännen Cerealia, says.

Orient is the market leader in crispbread in Russia with the Schedrie and Kruazett brands. The company has its headquarters in Saint Petersburg and production in Sertolovo, outside Saint Petersburg, and some 250 employees.
