Lifco acquires Blinken
Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of Blinken, a distribution business which provides instruments for measuring and correction data as well as consumables to the surveying and construction industries. Blinken operates in Norway and Sweden.
The acquisition comprises Blinken AS of Norway and Blinken Tools AB of Sweden. Blinken had revenues of approximately 124 MNOK in 2016 and has 33 employees in total.
The operation will be consolidated in Business Area Systems Solutions, division Construction Material.
The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
