Lifco acquires dental distributors in Norway and Denmark
Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares in Dental Direct AS in Norway and its subsidiary 3D Dental ApS in Denmark. Both companies are distributors of dental products.
In 2016, Dental Direct AS reported external net sales of approximately 95 MNOK in Norway and 3D Dental ApS reported net sales of about 25 MDKK in Denmark. The businesses employ approximately 20 employees in total and will be consolidated in Business Area Dental.
The acquisitions will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
