Lifco acquires Hammer of Italy

Lifco’s subsidiary Kinshofer has signed an agreement to acquire Hammer SRL of Italy, a supplier of hydraulic breakers and other demolition tools for excavators.

Besides adding an additional product segment, Hammer also improves Kinshofer’s distribution channels in Italy and other parts of the world.

Hammer had revenues of approximately 20 MEUR in 2018 and has 100 employees. Kinshofer is part of Lifco’s business area Demolition & Tools.

The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
