Rugz AS is a company controlled by Jens Rugseth, who is the Chairman of the Link Board. Following today’s share purchase, Jens Rugseth owns 2,330,213 shares 30,04 % in Link Mobility through Rugz AS 1 597 520 shares 20,59% and Rugz II AS 732 693 shares 9,44%.
