9 December 2009 Training role is ‘Taylor Made’ for local businessman Alistair Gibson New deals already being won by new Training Operations Manager Hampshire-based IT specialist, Taylor Made Computer Solutions, has further expanded its training team with the appointment of well-known local businessman Alistair Gibson. Alistair, 47 and previous proprietor of the Brookfield Hotel, Emsworth joins the growing Taylor Made Training Solutions team as Training Operations Manager. He said: “I relish the challenge of transferring my skills to the IT industry. My previous roles have always been very customer-focused and this role is no different. I believe my organisational skills are a real strength and although IT and technology is very new to me, I am enthusiastic to learn and deliver the quality products and service that Taylor Made has become renowned for.” Alistair has already had a positive effect on the business as a key influencer in the new strategic partnership with Thomas International, provider of management systems and business assessment tools which help global organisations to fulfil their personnel and recruitment needs. Alistair is working closely with the Director of Taylor Made Training Solutions, Miles Henson and together they aim to take the company nationwide, delivering soft skills, such as management training and profiling, as well as the computer-based training that Taylor Made is already well-known for.
