Loomis´ Annual Report for 2012 is now available at www.loomis.com.

The Annual Report will be distributed by post, starting April 9, 2013 to the Swedish shareholders that have not declined to receive a printed version. A copy of the Annual Report can be ordered online by sending an e-mail to ir@loomis.com.

Loomis´ Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Monday May 6, 2013 at 5 pm CET in Grünewaldsalen at Stockholm Concert Hall, entrance Kungsgatan 43, Stockholm.
