Cambridge Franchise Holdings Continues to Pursue Southeast Consolidation and Growth Strategy 

Cambridge Franchise Holdings, a rapidly growing restaurant and real estate company, has acquired 42 BURGER KING® restaurants and 5 All-in-One convenience stores in Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi from Mirabile Investment Corporation, which was owned by Dr. Joseph Mirabile.

This is the largest of 15 restaurant and real estate acquisitions that Cambridge Franchise Holdings has completed since its formation in 2014. Cambridge Franchise Holdings is one of Burger King’s largest and fastest growing franchisees.

Cambridge Franchise Holdings has built a strong management team and instituted a culture of partnership among all of its employees that it intends to bring to the newly acquired restaurants. The Company plans continued growth in the Southeast through acquisitions and remodels of existing restaurants and development of new restaurants.
