Magnolia Bostad acquires Filborna 28:4, a property of just over 26,700 sqm of land. The property also includes approximately 6,500 sqm of industrial buildings.

The Helsingborg Municipality will investigate the possibility of changing the local plan. Magnolia Bostad’s intention is to achieve a local plan that will allow for the development of homes on the property.

The sale of the property is made through company transfers and the underlying property value is SEK 37 million. If and when a new local plan allowing for the construction of residential housing is achieved, Magnolia Bostad will pay an additional purchase sum.

The property is situated in the Olympia neighborhood in Helsingborg, to the east of the city center. It is located next to the Olympia sports park and existing detached houses, about 1 kilometer from the city’s central station.
