Magnolia Bostad sells 217 apartments in Örebro

Magnolia Bostad develops 217 apartments in Södra Ladugårdsängen Örebro, now sold to Slättö. The property value at completion is approximately SEK 350 million.

The project “Segelflygaren” is situated in Södra Ladugårdsängen, about two kilometers south of central Örebro. It is the Municipality’s new large-scale development area, consisting of about 3,000 planned new homes. In 2015 and 2016, Magnolia Bostad has won two land allotment competitions in Södra Ladugårdsängen, regarding the development of a total of approximately 320 rental apartments.

Magnolia Bostad will develop and manage the project all the way through, until the homes are ready for occupancy in 2018.
