Magnolia Bostad sells 262 apartments in Eskilstuna

Magnolia Bostad develops approximately 260 apartments, now sold to Slättö. Property value at completion will be about SEK 450 million. 

The properties being sold are Eskilstuna Nätet 7 & 8 situated in Norra Munktellstaden in Eskilstuna. The area is under strong development and will consist of 1,200 homes when completed. The overall goal for Munktellstaden is to create a vibrant neighbourhood with a focus on culture, sports and leisure as well as creative industries and knowledge companies.

The properties were acquired from Fastighets AB LE Lundbergs, who also develops the area.

Through this acquisition, Magnolia Bostad establishes itself in yet another city in Mälardalen.

Magnolia Bostad will develop and manage the project all the way through, until the homes are ready for occupancy in 2019.
