Magnolia Bostad signs a declaration of intent on the construction and sale of hotel projects to Alecta

Magnolia and Alecta have signed a letter of intent on the construction and sale of four hotel projects located centrally in Göteborg and other Swedish growth regions.

The hotel projects comprise around 1,000 rooms with expected start of production in 2019-2020.

"This letter of intent reinforces our already extensive cooperation with Alecta and our prerequisites for optimizing the projects together," says Fredrik Lidjan, CEO at Magnolia Bostad.
