Sales target achieved in Magnolia Bostad’s Kanikenäsholmen project in Karlstad
Binding agreements have been signed for the majority of the homes in kvarteret Varvet, a part of the Kanikenäsholmen project in Karlstad, and the sales target of 70 percent has been exceeded by a wide margin.
Sales of the project’s next phase, eight tenant-owned apartments in two buildings on the neighbouring property, are estimated to begin this summer.
