MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYERS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION PARTNERS WITH CTX ABILITY SPORTS FOR LEGENDS FOR YOUTH BASEBALL CLINIC SERIES IN AUSTIN, TX

Free youth baseball clinic to feature Gary Bell, Larry Dierker and other MLB Alumni

Colorado Springs, Colo. – The Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA) and CTX Ability Sports have partnered to hold a full inclusion Legends for Youth Baseball Clinic. Children will have the opportunity to play with their big league heroes on Saturday, March 21st, 2015 . The free clinic features former Major League Baseball players who will teach baseball skills, drills and life lessons for approximately 200 local youth ages 6 – 16.

Players attending* include three-time All-Star Gary Bell and former Houston Astros manager Larry Dierker , as well as Micah Bowie, Sherman Corbett, Travis Driskill, Charles Gipson, Doug Gwosdz, Donald Harris, Billy Smith and Mark Worrell .

The clinic will take place at CTX Ability Sports Complex , running from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. , located at 747 County Road 138, Hutto, TX 78634 . Alumni players will train at stations including pitching, catching, baserunning and life skills . Registration will begin at 10:00 a.m. The morning will conclude with an autograph session for children in attendance .
