The Medi Team issue of new shares fully subscribed Having been duly authorised by an extraordinary general meeting on December 8, 1999, Medi Team floated an issue of new shares with preferential rights for company shareholders. The issue price was fixed at SEK 40 per share and the new issue was to comprise a maximum of 3,475,438 shares, which fully subscribed would bring the company MSEK 139 before issue expenses A total of 99.7 percent of the shares on offer were subscribed for, which means that Medi Team raised MSEK 138.6 before issue expenses.
